Transformation Inc™ is a 2- to 2.5-hour immersive simulation that takes participants into the high-pressure world of large-scale construction. Acting as sub-contractors, participants must work together to build a physical bridge with ambiguous instructions, live in the room, testing their ability to solve problems, collaborate and perform under time pressures and information shortage. 

Throughout this interactive and hands-on learning experience, your team will develop, test and apply the skills and tools to communicate, collaborate and work effectively to achieve a common goal.
